4、lemechanismsystemforthespeciallypurposedvehiclearepresentedinthispaper.Everyaspectofdesignanddevelopmentofthewingfoldablesidedoorsoperationsystembytoolofvirtualprototypetechnologyisdiscussedindetail.Inthispaper,the3Dmodelofthewingfoldablesidedoorsandoperationsystemisdevelo
5、pedbyapplyingthesoftware3UGandADAMS.Themulti-rigidbodiesvirtualprototypemachineisalsobuiltforthemechanismsystembymeansofthedynamicsimulationsoftwareADAMS.Thenumericalsimulationandparameterizedanalysisareperformedfordynamicbehaviorsofthesidedoorandthemechanismcomponentsbyth
6、emodel.Intheopen/closeoperationmechanism,hydraulicdevicesandelementsareusedtocombinethemtoanactuator.Thesimulationanalysisofthehydraulicsystemwiththemechanismisundertakenforoptimizationofthedynamicresponseofthesystem.Finally,byFEM,structuralstrengthoftypicalpartsintheopera
