2、ulationonthecrashworthiness,stillness,fatigueandNVH(noise,vibrationandharshness)isagoodmeasuretOshortentheperiodofthedesign.Italsocanreducethephysicaltestsandsavetheinvestment.However,therearemanyimportantfactorstoinfluencethecorrectionofthenumericalresultssuchasthequalityofthe
3、finiteelementmodel,theconstitutivemodelforthematerials,connectionmodebetweenthepartsandSOon.ToordertoestablishtheconstitutivemodeltOdescribethemechanicalbehaviorofthematerialsinthecrashprocedure,thetensileexperimentathighstrainrateandlowhighstrainratewereconductedinthispaper.Ac
4、cordingtotheexperimentalresults,thestrainrateeffectandtheanisotropicbehaviorwerediscussed.ThentwoconstitutivemodelsfortheDP600takingaccountofthestrainrateeffectwereestablishedbasedonthegeneralconstitutivemodelfittingtotheductilematerials.TheyaremodifiedKhan—HuangmodelandhybridJ
5、C-KHmodel,respectively.Thecomparisonforthetwomodelswasintroduced.Then,theintegralequationforthemodifiedKhan-Huangconstitutivemodelwasgiven.TheusermaterialsubroutinelinkedwiththefiniteelementsoftwareABAQUSwaspresented.Thetensilesimulationforthespecimensatstrainrate500s~,ll00s。1a
6、nd1600s~wereconductedtoverifythecorrectionoftheconstitutivemodel.Theresultsshowthattheconstitutivemodelandtheusermaterialsubroutinecandescribethemechanicalbehaviorsofthedualphasesteel600attherangeofthestrainratefrom10_4s’1to103S~.Thisconstitutivemodelcanbeemployedtodescribethem
