1、华南理工大学博士学位论文氯霉素分子烙印固相萃取柱的制备及应用研究姓名:陈小霞申请学位级别:博士专业:发酵工程指导教师:梁世中20040501华南理工大学博士学位论文取净化效果;实际应用证明,分子烙印固相萃取具有优良的净化效果,可用于实际生物样品的检测。本论文的主要创新之处在于:(1)首次制备了氯霉素分子烙印固相萃取柱,该柱既可以应用于氯霉素单一成分的兽药残留检测,也可应用于氯霉素、甲矾霉素和氟甲矾霉素3种氯霉素类兽药残留的同时测定。{2)全面研究了氯霉素分子烙印聚合物作用于烙印分子的动力学,通过对相关模型的比较,确定了研究氯霉素分子烙印聚合物动力学的一系列方法,这方面的研究还未见报道。{
2、37首次将氯霉素固相萃取柱应用于实际生物样品的检测,并取得了良好的应用效果。根据本论文的研究结果,所制备的氯霉素分子烙印固相萃取柱具有较好的应用价值与前景。关键词:氯霉素;分子烙印聚合物:固相萃取;兽药残留;检测AbstractABSTRACTChloramphenicol(CAP),theprohibitedveterinarydrug,isemphasizedonitsdetectionandsupervisionbyallcountries.IntheprocedureofdetectionofCAP,thelow-selectiveandnonspecificsolid-phas
3、eextraction(SPE)cartridgeispopularlyused,butitspurificationisnotveryeffective,sothesensitivityofthedetectionforCAPisdecreased.Forimprovingthepurificationeffectandincreasingthesensitivity,inthisdissertation,thedetectionmethodforCAPisimproved,andthemolecularlyimprintedSPE(MISPE)cartridgeforCAPispre
4、pared;throughitsapplicationindetectionofCAPorCAPsinbio-samplesandanimaloriginalfood,theprobleminthedetectionofCAPSisresolvedThemainresultsareasfollows,1.ThemethodfordeterminationandconfirmationofChloramphenicol,Thiamphenicol(TAP)andFlorfenicol(FF)isdeveloped,andthemicro-pretreatmentisintroduced.T
5、hemethodsimplifiesprocedures,reducesconsumptionoforganicreagents,andshortensthedetectiontime.Thedetectionlimitis0.01pg/kgandthelowestlevelallovertheworldnow.Atthesametime,thismethodisthefirsttimetodetectandverifyCAP,TAPandFFsimultaneously.AstothemoresuccessfuldetectionmethodsbyGC/ECDandGC/MS/NCI,
