2、rbothdestinationmanagementandmarketers.Nowadays,attentionhasprimarilybeengiventoloyaltiesinthescopesofphysicalproductsandotherservicesections,destinationloyaltyisvirtuallyneglected.Thisdissertation,basedonasurveyatbothnaturalandculturalattractions,identifiedinfluentialfactorsofdestinati
3、onloyaltyandclarifiedtherelationshipsbetweenthesefactorsbyusingStructuralEquationModeI(SEM)technique.Mainconclusionsinclude:Firstly,Fromthetemporalperspective,destinationloyaltyisredefinedintoshort—term,mid-term,long-termbehavioralloyaltiesandattitudinalloyalty.Empiricalstudyrevealsthat
4、attitudinalloyaltyisprerequisiteforbehavioralloyaltyandloyaltiesatnearperiodsareantecedentsforloyaltiesatfarend.Therelationshipbetweensatisfactionandloyaltycouldbestrong,indirectorweak,thereasonforitfoundinthisresearchisthatbothsatisfactionandloyaltycouldbedestructuredintimeperspectivea
5、ndsatisfactioncanonlydirectlyinfluenceloyaltatimmediateperiod.Secondly,thestudyidentifiedmotivation,destinationimage,perceivedvalue,andsatisfactionasinfluentialfactorsforformingtouristdestinationloyalty.Noveltysignificantlyaffectsperceivedvalue,whilefamiliaritypositivelyinfluencesshort-
6、term,mid—termbehavioralloyaltiesandattitudinalloyalty.Theroledestinationimageplaysintouristbehavioristhataccessibilityaffectsattitudinalloyaltyandaffectiveimagehassignificanteffectsonsatisfaction,short—termandmid—termbehavioralloyaltiesandattitudinalloyalty.Perceivedvalueprovesaimportan
7、tinfluentialfactorforsatisfactionbutnotasigficantoneforloyalty.Anunusualfindingisthepartsatisfactionplays,whichhasfrequentlybeenacknowagedastheproximalfactorforloyaty,whileinthisresearch,ithasbeenfoundthatsatisfactiononlypositivelyinfluencestheshort—termloyaltyandattitudinalloy
