2、reisinstrument”reducesthecostofhardwareinthesystem,shortensthedevelopmentcycleandstrengthenstheexpansioncapabilityofthesystem.ThisdesignisbasedontheLabVIEWplatform,combiningthevirtualinstrumenttechnologywiththetechnologyoftesting,constructingabrakingperformancetestingsyst
3、emwhichispowerful,withreliableperformanceandwithconvenientoperation.Thispaperfirstlyintroducesthesortsoftestingsystem,principles,resultsandtheadvantagesanddevelopmentsofvirtualinstrument.Thenthemechanicalpartofthetestingplatformiscompletedaccordingtotheprincipleofinertiab
4、raking.Thehardwareofthetestingsystemiscomposedoffrequencyconverter,electricmotor,disklightbeamencoderanddataacquisitioncard.Frequencyconvertercontrolstherotationalspeedthroughcontrollingthefrequency,anddataacquisitioncardgathersthepulsesignalsoutputofdisklightbeamencoder.
5、Thiswholehardwaresystemlaysafirmfoundationforthebrakingperformancetest.Thisdesignadoptsthreemethodstocontroltherotationofmotor,whicharePIDcontrol,fuzzylogiccontrolandPID—fuzzylogiccontrol,andthecontroleffectsaresimulated.TheresultshaveproventhatPID·fuzzylogiccontrolhasthe
6、bestresult.Thesoftwareofthistestingsystemhasfulfilledthefunctionofcommunicationofserialport,PIDcontrolalgorithm,fuzzylogiccontrolalgorithm,displayofcontroldiagram,datapreservation.Theinterfaceofthesoftwareisclearwithgoodhuman—computerinteraction.,Thispaperfinallyintroduce
