1、万方数据万方数据西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文住宅套内空间适老性设计及部品应用研究——以餐厨空间为例专业：建筑学专业硕士硕士生：郎晓梅指导教师：张倩副教授摘要自20世纪初起，我国步入老龄社会，现在已经成为世界上老年人口最多的国家。随着社会对老年问题的重视，出现了大量新建的老年建筑以及老旧建筑的适老性改造，然而，与之相配套的适老性部品仍存在种类单一、安装条件差等问题，难以满足老年人独立的居家生活。本论文以“人口老龄化发展趋势下的建筑需求”与“工业化背景下的建筑设计与建造”的关联性分析为基础，在大量老年人、住宅套内空间适老性部品调查研究的前提下，结合国内外优秀案例，总结住宅套内空间适老性部品的设计

2、要点，深入探讨了住宅套内空间适老性部品的安装原则和建筑学意义。论文首先从我国老龄化现状进行研究，强调适老性部品设计及安装在我国建筑及相关行业缺失的现状问题；其次，从社会学入手，对老年人日常生活中的生理、心理及行动特点进行调查研究，分析老年人日常生活需求，总结老年人套内生活行为特征，由此出发，向建筑提出适老性要求；再次，借鉴国内外老年建筑优秀案例，引入先进的设计理念和实践经验，并系统性总结套内空间适老性部品类型体系划分；最后，以前文的研究为基础，探索适合我国老年住宅套内空间的适老性设计要点，并以餐厨空间为例，详述不同类型老年人餐厨空间操作姿态及空间需求，以此为基础指导餐厨空间适老性设计及部品应
