2、thediversiforrademandofclientsiftheycompeteindependentlyonlybytheirownabilities．Inordertofreethemselvesfromsuchdifficultsituations，dynamicalliancewhichcanresetandoptimizetheenterprisesresourcesisselectedtobeapraticalchoicebymanyenterprises．Owingtotheadvantagesofdynamic

3、alliance，theconstructionandoperationprocessaboutithasbeenhighlyconcemed，butitstheoreticalframeworkhasnotbeenquitematureandperfectasyetduetothecomplexityanditsshortdevelopinghistoryofabout20years．Formakingdynamicalliancebecomemainpattemoforganizationinthefuture，itisundo

4、ubtedlyimportantthatweshoulddosomeresearchonthetheoriesandmethodsaboutconstructionandoperationprocessofdynamicalliance．Therefore，thisdissertationstudiesonsomeissues，suchasprojectselection,partnerselectionandprofitallocation,etc，basingonmulti-attributedecisiontheory,coo

5、perativetheory,neweconomygrowththeoryandcomponenttechnology．Thedetailedcontentsareasfollows：(I)Theprocessofprojectselectionisregardedastheproblemofmulti—attributedecisionmakingwitllfinitealternativesinthisdissertation．Someweakfactorsaboutlinearprogrammingmodels，non-lin

6、earprogrammingmodelsandAHPareanalysedatfirst．Then，anewandadvantageousmethodaboutjudgementandsortingisproposed，accordingtowhich,ifsatisfyingconsistencyisfulfilled，thesortingoftheattributesCanbeobtained，otherwisethefactorswhichpossiblyeffectthesatisfyingconsistencyCanbeg
