1、高瓦斯论文：佳新煤矿1504工作面火区启封技术及发火规律的研究【中文摘要】煤矿自燃问题一直困扰着我国煤矿的安全生产,对高效高产的生产造成威胁,造成大量的资源浪费、财产损失及人员的伤亡。掌握煤炭自燃机理,研究煤层低温氧化规律是防治煤炭自然发火的基础。由于煤及其组分的多样性,其氧化热解过程中可能发生的化学反应就非常复杂。矿井煤炭自燃火灾是煤矿重大灾害之一,近年来井下火灾事故频发,损失巨大,教训惨痛。火区一旦形成,进行火区封闭与启封危险性大,技术性强,稍有不慎,后果不堪设想。本文在广泛阅读低温氧化中外文献的基础上,采用理论研究、实验分析和现场实测三方面相结合的综
2、合研究方法。在了解了高瓦斯煤层自燃特点的基础基础上根据各类防灭火技术的不同特点,综合现场情况,运用逐步锁风启封方法对1504工作面火区进行了安全启封。佳新煤矿主采煤层是属于高瓦斯易自燃煤层,在正常回采过程中,为了确保工作面安全回采,采取单一的防灭火措施已经不能完全有效的解决煤层自燃隐患,本文通过注氮、注胶、加快工作面推进速度、采用束管监测等综合防灭火措施,确保1504工作面的安全回采。【英文摘要】Coalspontaneouscombustionhaveplaguedourcoalminesafetyproduction,highyieldproducti
