1、2007届毕业生毕业论文题目:会计信息真实性的思考院系名称：管理学院专业班级：会电专0401学生姓名：罗丽丽学号：2004541026指导教师：袁晓波教师职称：2007年5月25日16摘要会计信息失真是我国普遍存在的一个“毒瘤”，已引起全社会的广泛关注。普遍出现的会计信息失真现象，给使用者提供了虚假情况，给决策者制定相关的政策带来了不利影响，已经严重地影响了国民经济的正常运行，成为当前会计改革的重要内容。失真的会计信息不仅损害了国家和公众利益，也不利于会计行业的发展。我们应针对其产生的原因，提出了所应采取的对策。若想根治会计
2、信息失真，应走“预防为主、治理为辅”的道路。即加强思想道德教育和业务教育；完善企业制度、规范会计基础工作；积极利用社会舆论工具；不断完善包括审计监督在内的社会监督体系。只有双管齐下，才能彻底治理这个问题。本文首先分析会计信息真实性的内容,极其真实性的界定,和真实性与相关性的关系。其次从会计信息失真产生的原因，到会计信息失真可导致的危害。最后得出会计信息真实性是会计的“灵魂”，我们必须我们应针对其产生的原因，提出了所应采取的对策综合治理。关键词：会计信息真实性会计信息失真综合治理16TitleToaccountinginfor
