3、CTSOA)forquickaccesscockpitvoicerecorder.ThisCTSOprovidestheminimumperformancestandards(MPS)thatquickaccesscockpitvoicerecordermustfirstmeetforapprovalandidentificationwiththeapplicableCTSOmarking.2.Applicability.ThisCTSOappliestoapplicationssubmittedfromthedateofitseffectivedate.Major
