2、pliancesusedoncivilaircraftmustcomplywithwhenitispresentedforairworthinesscertification.CockpitVoiceRecorderEquipment1.Purpose.ThisChinaCivilAviationTechnicalStandardOrder(CTSO)isformanufacturersofcockpitvoicerecorder(CVR)equipmentsapplyingforaCTSOauthorization(CTSOA).ThisCTSOprescribesthemi
3、nimumperformancestandards(MPS)thatCVRmustfirstmeetforapprovalandidentificationwiththeapplicableCTSOmarking.2.Applicability.a.TheapplicantmustsubmitanapplicationaccordingtothisCTSOafteritseffectivedate.However,uptosixmonthsafterthisCTSO’seffectivedate,iftheapplicantcouldshowworkingagainstthep
4、riorMPSbeforethenewchangebecameeffective,theapplicationforpreviousrevisioncouldbeaccepted.b.TheCTSOAarticleapprovedunderapreviousCTSOmaystillbemanufacturedundertheprovisionsoforiginalapprovalaftertheeffective-1-CAACCTSO-C123cdateofthisCTSO.c.MajordesignchangestoarticleapprovedunderthisCTSOwi
