3、oliticalworkshouldpayattentiontohumanisticcareandpsychologicalguidance".In2005,thecentralorganizationdepartmentin"groupcommunication"nineteenth"shouldpayattentiontoandcareaboutthementalhealthofcadres"inanarticlepointedout:"theleadingcadresofmentalhealth,isanimportantindicato
4、rofthequalityofleadingcadresandimprovethecomprehensivedevelopmentoftheleadingcadres,andearnestlyperformtheirduties,internalqualityrequirementsforwork....Thepsychologicalqualityrequirementsasanimportantcontentofthequalityofcadres,thepsychologicaladjustmentabilityofcadresasani
5、mportantmeasureofthecomprehensiveabilityofcadres."Althoughtherearemoreandmoreresearchesonthepsychologicalhealthandworkstressofleadingcadres,theresultsaredifferent.Inordertobetterunderstandthecadres'psychologicalhealthandworkstress,thisstudyanalyzesacadreofmentalhealthandjobs
6、tressassessmentdataofBeijingCity,toamorein-depthstudyontheproblemofmentalhealthandworkpressureofleadingcadresinorder.Two,theempiricalanalysisofthementalhealthandworkstressofleadingcadresAtotalof1127peopleparticipatedinthisstudy,including234cadresatthedivisionlevelandabovelev
