1、企业人才培养与使用研究——楚天印务总公司为例摘要供应链管理是一种集成的管理理念和方法，基于供应链管理理论的采购管理是现代企业资源决策和提高核心竞争力的重要手段。但是大多数的企业没有把采购管理纳入供应链管理的视角下。基于此，如何把采购管理有效融合到企业的整体供应链管理系统中，成了很多企业的现实课题。本文首先通过系统的阐述供应链和采购管理的基本内容，从而构筑了本文的理论基础；继而对传统的企业采购管理特点、存在的问题以及供应链环境下的采购管理模型和特点加以分析；接着提出了供应链环境下企业在实施采购管理过程中需要注重的环节；最后以亚新科南岳（衡阳）有限公司为案例进行研

2、究，结合前述的理论框架，通过对其采购管理现状的分析，找出其不足之处并提出了改进建议和设想。通过本文的研究，得到以下主要结论：供应链管理是经济全球化下的一种新兴企业管理模式，企业的各项采购管理要基于供应链来进行。企业要建立完善的采购信息管理系统，实施诸如准时化采购等先进的采购管理模式并密切加强供应商关系管理。关键词：供应链供应链管理采购管理25TitleStudyonPurchasingManagementofEnterpriseintheSupplyChainEnvironment——TakeASIMCONanyueEnterpriseAsaCaseAbstr
