3、artiesagreetoForsmoothimplementationoftheactivitiesmentionedabove,bothpartiesshallexchangeviews,suggestionsandsolutionsbesttowardssatisfactionofeachpartyandenterintospecificactivityagreementsbasedonthemutuallyagreedobjectivesandoutcomesoftherelationship.ThisMOUisn

4、otconsideredtobeacontractcreatinglegalandfinancialrelationshipsbetweentheparties.Rather,itisdesignedtofacilitateanddevelopagenuineandmutuallybeneficialexchangeprocess/researchrelationship,andsoforth.Effortsshallbemadebybothpartiestoimplementtheprogramsbasedontheag

7、”愿意在互惠互利的基础上，在以下领域开展合作交流活动：1、教师的互换交流；2、学生的互换交流；3、信息的交流沟通；4、合作举办研讨会；5、双方同意的其他学术交流活动。在具体合作交流活动实施前，双方将讨论其中会涉及到的问题,并为达成共同的目标签署具体项目协议文本。本合作备忘录不作为在双方之间产生法律和财务关系的合同书，而只是为了建立和促进双方之间的实质互惠的合作关系。双方将在此合作备忘录的基础上共同为促进合作项目的实施努力。本合作备忘录自签署之日起5年内有效，此后双方可以在彼此同意的基础上对其进行修改或延期。双方之任一方提前
