4、inance,1990;(d)carryonbusinessasaninsuranceorreinsurancecompany,insuranceagentorinsurancebroker,unlessitislicensedunderanenactmentauthorizingittocarryonthatbusiness;(e)carryonthebusinessofprovidingtheregisteredofficeforcompanies;or(f)carryonthebusinessofcompanyman
