1、企业雇员培训方案探讨 摘要全方位的开发人力资源，已经成为当今热门的话题之一，对企业员工的培训则是开发人力资源过程中的重要环节。随着全球化竞争的加剧和高新技术的迅猛发展，为了提高企业的竞争力，企业不惜聘请高薪人才，但这未从根本上解决企业的竞争力问题，而要提高企业的综合实力，培训则是解决这一问题的根本途径。任何一个有着长远战略发展眼光的企业都会把对员工的培训看作是一个长期的、定期的、有组织且规范化的活动。同时作为外在薪酬的表现形式的培训项目对于激励员工、提高工作满意度和挽留优秀人才有着极大的积极作用。培训不仅是员工的一种福利形式，也是员工和组织共同发展的原动力，已经被越来越
