1、广西大学毕业论文课题木薯淀粉微球合成工艺条件的研究学院化学化工学院专业化学工程与工艺班级2008级(2)班学号0804100410姓名林广明指导教师谢新玲年月日36摘要淀粉微球是一种新型功能性高分子微球材料,具有可生物降解、无毒、生物相容性好等优点,作为药物载体在医药领域已经得到了广泛而实际的应用,在废水处理及重金属富集回收等领域也具有广阔的应用前景。其中淀粉微球粒径的大小对其应用有很大影响,淀粉微球合成工艺研究成为人们关注的热点。本论文以木薯淀粉为原料,Span-80和Tween-80为乳化剂,液体石蜡为油
2、相,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用反相乳液法制备淀粉微球。通过单因素实验讨论了淀粉浓度、油水比、交联剂浓度、乳化剂浓度和引发剂浓度对淀粉微球平均粒径的影响。得到制备木薯淀粉微球的最优工艺条件:淀粉浓度为10%,油水比为8:1,交联剂MBA浓度为0.8%,引发剂过硫酸铵浓度为1.2%,乳化剂浓度为14.4%(以上浓度变化均以总水量为25ml(即25g)为基准)。在此条件下制备的淀粉微球平均粒径10.2μm,粒径主要分布在6~30μm。得到的淀粉微球呈球形,表面粗糙多孔,作为

6、dwaterphasevolumeratio,theamountofcrosslinkingagent,initiatordosageandtheamountofemulsifierwerestudybysinglefactordesignexperiment.Theoptimumpolymerizationconditionsweredecidedbyexperimentsasfollows:cassavastarchconcentrationof10%,waterandoilphasevolumerati
