1、海南大学本科生毕业论文(设计)题目:水律蛇病原菌的药敏实验学号:20090109310033姓名:年级:2009级学院:农学院系别:动物科学系专业:动物医学指导教师:完成日期:2013年4月1日水律蛇病原菌的药敏实验摘要水律蛇(Mousesnake)也叫滑鼠蛇,是一种无毒且经济、药用价值都很高的蛇种,养殖水律蛇的效益很高,所以越来越多的人选择饲养水律蛇与研究水律蛇,本实验以能及时控制与治疗水律蛇间一种高度传染的细菌性急病、减少该疾病引起的危害为目的,研究该疾病,对引起该疾病的致病菌做一组药物敏感试验,以便准确、针对性地用药,从而能及时控制与治疗该疾病
2、,减少损失,本实验从病蛇体内抽取心脏血获取致病菌,通过分离及纯化得到三种致病菌(鲁氏耶而森氏菌的两种不同形态菌;木糖氧化产碱杆菌),实验通过K-B纸片法用多种抗菌药物分别对这三种致病菌进行药物敏感实验(drugsensitivetest)与最小抑菌浓度(minimalinhibitoryconcentration)测试,实验结果表明这三种致病菌皆对氟啶酸、丙环派酸、丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考等药为极敏,对乙酰螺旋霉素为高敏,对痢特灵、利福平、先锋VI耐药。木糖氧化产碱杆菌对氟苯尼的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为8IU/ML,对卡那霉素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为
