2、业论文(设计)摘要如何准确地评估风险,并在尽可能短的时间内及时准确地做出最优决策,取得每一场灭火救援战斗的胜利是每个决策者都必须研究的一个重要课题。在此,本文通过对指挥决策风险评估方法的分析研究,进一步加强对指挥决策风险评估的认识,从而提高高科技条件下指挥决策的质量和效率。指挥决策的正确与否关乎整个灭火救援行动的成败,然而指挥决策的制定是指挥员在复杂多变的环境下开展的,因而一般具有风险性大、时效性强和机断性高等三个特点[1]。根据上述决策的三个特点,结合分析消防指挥员在处置各类事故时决策方案的优选问题,将模糊数学理论引入消防指挥决策中,
3、提出消防指挥决策的模糊综合评判,并在此基础上构建优选评价指标,从而形成模糊综合评判的数学模型。该方法不仅可以提高决策方案的可靠性,且有利于提升消防指挥员的决策质量和指挥能力,完善灭火救援指挥运行机制。关键词:消防;灭火救援;指挥决策;模糊综合评判III武警学院本科毕业论文(设计)AbstractHowtodealwiththecorrectandaccurateappraisalrisk,promptlyaccuratelymakethemostsuperiordecision,gaintheFirefightingvictory,is
