6、andforeignization摘要商家依赖商标将其产品或服务与其他同类产品或服务区分开来。为了吸引消费者的注意力,实现其促销目的,商标命名者十分注重商标名的选择,因为一个成功的商标名能给企业带来更多的优势。随着世界市场的日趋全球化和中国改革开放政策的深入执行,大量国外商品涌入中国市场。英文商标汉译在取得中国市场份额中显得尤为重要。商标名翻译的任务就是创造可是的名字来推销产品,译者翻译出的名字既要能有效表达原商标的意思,又要能被屮国顾客欣赏与接受。本文开篇第一章节先为商标下了定义,并提出了商标的语言特点。第二章谈到商标翻译的规则和理论,其中包括信达雅、功能对等及归化和异化的理
