2、更加明确细化，这些都表明了对企业薪酬管理的要求会越來越高。会计准则在趋同于国际会计准则的同吋也适应着企业薪酬管理的发展。职工薪酬准则系统地规范了职工薪酬的定义和内涵，并在会计处理方法和信息披露方血都与原规定和比发生了相应的变化，明确了职工薪酬会计核算的内容，进一步规范了企业职工薪酬会计核算的方法。本文首先介绍了职工薪酬的概念，以及职工薪酬核算的内容和方法。然后对新心会计准则的薪酬核算进行了对比，并介绍了两者Z间的变化，以此为出发点，阐述了新会计准则下职工薪酬核算中存在的问题，如非货币性福利的会计核算不全而、
