3、rtyAwillsendtheirqualifiedstudentsfromPartyAwhowillstudyasnon・degreeexchangestudentsatPartyBfor(ESL/Summercamp/Wintercamp/Non-academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses/Academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses)2.PartyBwilladmitstudentsnominatedb

4、yPartyAinaccordancetothedegreeadmissioncriteriaofPartyBandwilldividestudentsintoclassesbasedupontheircourse.3.Thiscooperativecontractwillcomeintoeffectonthedatewhenitissignedbythetwopartiesandisvalidfromuntil•Thisagreementshallbeforaperiodofyearsfromthedateofexecut
