1、AppIicationofpoIymerbiornaterialsinthetissueengineeringAbstractBACKGROUND:Thedevelopmentoftissueengineeringhasprovidedapossibilityforrepairingandreconstructingtissuesororgans.However,studiesonbiomedicaltissue-engineeredandpolymertissue-engineeredmaterialsneedtobe
2、investigated・OBJECTIVE:ToclarifythecontentoftissueengineeringandtheapplicationofpolymermaterialintissueengineeringfromthepointofbiocompatibilityoDATASYNTHESIS:Thecontentoftissueengineeringconsistedofseededcellinoculation,biomaterialimplantingandcelltransplantatio
3、n.Allogenic,autogenous,andxenogenoustissueswereinvitrobrokenintocells,andthenreconstructedthroughinoculationandproliferationbygenereconstructiontechnique.Muchattentionshouldbefocusedonhowtoreconstructtissue-engineeredmaterialswithmaterialsandlivingcells,i.e.torec
4、onstructactivematerialswithbiologicalfunctions.Tissue-engineeredmaterialsshouldhavethebestinterfacereactioneffectbetweenmaterialsurfaceandcells.Therefore,thecoreofstudyingtissue-engineeredmaterialsistodesignadevice,whichhaschemicalmolecularlevelandthree-dimension
5、almolecularlevelcell/materialmixedsurface,andalsohasathree-dimensionalmolecularlevelappearancecorrespondingtobiomechanicalrequirement.Polymermaterialshavegoodphysicalmechanicalfunctions,andtheirmolecularstructuresareclosertolivingbody.Therefore,polymermaterialsar
6、ewidelyusedasbiomaterialsandexertanimportantroleinthefieldoftissueengineering.CONCLUSION:Tostudybiomaterialswithgoodtissuecompatibilityisthebasisfortissueengineeringdevelopment.Polymermaterialsarewidelyusedinthetissueengineeringduetotheirgoodpropertyandmoleculars
