1、中南大学硕士学位论文旧城更新中建筑地域性的表达姓名：欧阳旭申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：张楠20060401中南大学硕士学位论文摘要在信息时代迅速发展的今天，中国有着在全球化过程中的定位问题，集中在城市建筑领域，对历史、地域的再认识有迫切需要。本文首先从这一迫切性中引发对建筑地域性的思考，明确了建筑地域(区)性的概念深化，阐述了建筑地域性生成的各种要素，并通过对中、外旧城更新历史发展的简要回顾，指出当前我国旧城更新中建筑地域性延续存在的问题。’本文从地区与物质环境及地区与精神文脉两个方面分析认知建筑的地域性；同时从两方面入手，通过类型学、城市形态学、建

2、构学、生态学，用图底分析、文脉分析等方法论述解决旧城更新中建筑地域性表达的问题。同时结合我国城市旧城更新中优秀的案例，如吴良镛院士主持的北京菊儿胡同改造工程、上海太平桥地区“新天地”里弄改造、凤凰古镇文星园规划设计三个实例来论证本文对旧城更新中建筑地域性认知分析与表达的观点。强调旧城更新中的历史延续是建筑地域性表达的根本，作者重点构建了在旧城更新中认知分析和重塑建筑地域性的一般框架，并结合几个典型工程实例，归纳其实现的策略原则和有效途径，最后综述旧城更新中建筑地域性重塑的策略与有效途径。关键词建筑地域性，旧城更新，表达中南大学硕士学位论文Innowadaysofinfo
