1、西北大学硕士学位论文生态约束与能源化工基地建设影响下榆林城市规划研究姓名：杨阳申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：王慧20090601摘要榆林是我国重要能源基地之一，20世纪80年代以来，随着榆林能源资源的开发建设，榆林的经济飞速增长，城市化进程加速。但是，榆林生态环境极其脆弱，抗人为干扰破坏能力较差，能源化工产业的快速发展加大了生态环境压力。环境的瓶颈在能源化工基地建设背景下的城市开发中，变得越来越突出。因此，如何处理好城市建设、能源的开发与生态环境保护三者之间的关系，在经济增长的同时不忘生态环境的保护，是全社会

2、需要反思的问题，也是摆在城市规划工作中的一项挑战。本论文从如何在城市规划领域中解决城市经济发展的同时兼顾脆弱的生态环境的角度入题。通过能源化工基地建设、城市规划、生态约束三者之间交叉比较，对其相互之间的约束及影响关系进行分析，探求寻找城市规划协调榆林能源化工基地建设与生态环境保护的方法和途径。论文最后根据生态约束与能源化工基地建设影响下榆林城市规划研究探讨之结论，尝试提出西北生态坏境脆弱、能源富集地区的资源型城市发展及实践模式，以使原本脆弱的生态环境在不继续恶化的同时得到改善，城市良性、健康的发展。关键词：能源化工基地，生态约
