2、}究与实现摘要证券行业是一个市场竞争日益加剧的新兴行业，“建设优质的金融服务公司”是不少有眼光证券公司的转型目标，这种“以客户为中心”的服务理念，对客户服务的技术支持提出了更高的要求。本论文以证券公司客户服务发展需求为出发点，研究数据仓库技术在证券业客户服务的应用，提出建立证券客户数据仓库，并以此为基础构建证券客户分析系统，获取客户在证券公司的行为、盈

3、亏等关键信息，为证券公司专业化、个性化服务提供坚实的技术支持。本论文首先对客户分析系统的体系结构设计进行详细描述，设计出一个以“客户为中心”的多主题多维数据模型，构建出符合客户分析要求的证券客户数据仓库。本论文针对证券公司数据源多平台、异构且数据量大的特点，提出一套完整的数据抽取／转换／加载和数据分割解决方案，并给出元数据在数据抽取转换、数据分割过程中自动化控制的实现方法，最后列举了OLAP和决策树、聚类分析等挖掘技术在证券客户分析的实际应用算法。关键词：数据仓库OLAP数据挖掘客户服务客户分析苎±塑塑竺壁塑生鲞查￡竺塑墨竺竺塑!
