5、dsurroundingscanbeeasilythermallydamagebytheplasmaformationcausedbyexcessivelaserincidence.Suchdamagesusuallydeterioratethequalityoflasermachinedsurface.Researchhasidentifiedthat,operationalreliabilityofmachines‟componentsdependsonthemanufacture/fabricationaccuracy.Improvingth
6、esurfaceandsubsurfacequalityhavebeenthemostchallengedissuesinthelasermachiningfields.Thisexperimentalstudyismainlyaboutinvestigationofsub-surfacedamageofSiliconCarbide(SiC)micro-machinedbyNanosecondpulselasermachineandprecisiongrindingNanosecondlaserhasbeenknownforgoodmicrostr
