1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文城市体形秩序的影响因素研究--以岳阳市为例姓名：任志强申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：余柏椿2010-01华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要随着城市的发展，城市规模的扩大，人口密度的增加，中高层及高层建筑在城市中的数量急剧增加，在城市建设中建筑随意搭建，建筑排列混乱，无秩序的现象屡见不鲜，严重影响了城市景观，对城市体形环境造成了很大的破坏.因此，需要对影响城市体形有序和无序的因素进行研究，改变城市体形无序混乱的局面。本课题是作者在参与导师的项目《岳阳市城市风貌规划》中建筑高度部分的研究而得出，试图通过找出影响城市体形秩序的因素，通过一
2、定的设计法则，为城市体形建设提供一定的指导，指导城市体形建设由无序到有序。文章主要通过两个方面对城市体形秩序的影响因素进行论述，一是影响城市体形秩序的一般影响因素，二是从整体体形和公共空间体形的角度对特定城市空间体形秩序的影响因素进行论述，即特定影响因素。影响因素内容主要涉及规划、土地开放强度、土地价格及规划管理及区位、交通、文化等方面，其中关键影响因素为规划因素，也可为内在影响因素，在文章中都一一进行了详细论述。通过以上核心内容的研究，本文总结归纳出影响城市体形有序和无序的主要因素，并通过一些法则的整合和运用，并以岳阳市为案例进行应用，以更好地指导城市体形有序建设。
