2、了城镇发展空间理论基础，界定小城镇发展空间规划体系的有关概念，阐述了小城镇发展空间的复杂特性。其次，对小城镇的发展空间机制及空问动力进行了系统辨识，阐明小城镇发展空间规划体系的内外在动力和发展趋势。然后，在认识小城镇发展空间结构模式的基础上，分析小城镇发展空间规划体系进行了演化过程阶段；最后以高县县域城镇体系规划为例，对高县小城镇发展空问体系进行了演化分析，总结出区域小城镇发展的一般规律，为小城镇的发展规划提供一定的理论支持。小城镇发展空间规划体系是一个动态的体系，本文旨在通过对小城镇发展空间规划体系的研
