1、天津大学硕士学位论文旋转闪蒸干燥器传热性能及工艺参数研究姓名:黄月红申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:陈吉祥;秦松20070601中文摘要旋转闪蒸干燥器是近年来出现的一种适用于散粒、膏糊状物料的新型气流.流化组合干燥装置,研究其在分子筛干燥方蘧的应用其有重要的实际意义。本文在前入毳拜究的基础上,从工程应用度出发,以分子筛为物耩,系统遣研究了分子筛的干燥曲线,并由正交分子筛生产得出了对产品终湿含量有主要影响的各参数的照箸性顺序,并作出了各参数对产品终湿含晕的影响曲线。结果表明,在影响分子簿终湿含量酶四个变量(入目气温、进风速度、迸精速度和搅拌器主辅
