1、摘要本研究结合全民健身运动的发展情况以及西安国际化大都市建设的时代背景，通过对全国“全民健身示范区”发展模式及理论进行归纳总结，在此基础上，对本文涉及的相关概念进行了界定。对西安全民健身示范区的建设、运营与管理的理念与原则进行总结归纳，提出全民健身示范区在建设、运营与管理中应该注意的一些要点。将西安的“全民健身示范区”发展模式作为研究对象。通过对西安现有的三个健身示范区的发展现状和发展模式进行案例分析，找到最适合发展西安体育健身事业的方法，对进一步推动全民健身工作有深远的指导意义。在对全国范围内“全民健身示范区”的发展模式做以研究的时候，论文使用了多种研究方法，其中使用频

2、率最高的有实地考察法和文献资料法、个案研究法、问卷调查法。研究最终得出结论为：西安市全民健身示范区已建设初具规模；西安市全民健身示范区的运营已逐步步入正轨；西安市全民健身示范区管理模式多样化；西安市全民健身示范区市场运行状况良好；西安市全民健身示范区保障机制基本健全，但是还需要进一步完善；西安市全民健身示范区市场开拓能力强，城市形象得以彰显。关键词：全民健身；示范区；发展模式IAbstractInthisstudy,combinedwiththedevelopmentofnationalfitnesscampaignandthebackgroundoftheconstru
