2、的改观，减贫成绩世界瞩目。泉州市作为福建省经济发达地区，积极推进农村扶贫开发工作，投入资金和人力，贫困农村基础设施不断完善,产业发展脱贫效果突出，贫困人口年年递减，贫困农村呈现出分散型贫困户，需要推进精准扶贫、精准脱贫。作为连续17年GDP位于全省第一的泉州市来说，在扶贫开发中，需要总结现有的成绩，并找出不足，并及时优化政策，致力精准扶贫，保障彻底消灭贫困，为泉州全面实现小康社会奠定坚实基础。本文采用文献研究方法、比较研究方法、定性分析法以及案例分析法等研究方法，系统研究泉州农村扶贫开发政策。本文的创新之处在于笔者本人以泉州市市直机关干部到市级贫困帮扶村挂
