2、具有现实意义。本文较详细地介绍了残疾人就业问题的研究背景和研究意义；概述了国内外研究现状及发展动态分析；以调查数据为主要数据基础，通过数据统计分析得出大连市残疾人就业现状；归纳总结出存在的问题；通过国外经验比较研究、文献理论分析和数据统计分析等方法剖析大连市残疾人就业问题。根据解析结果，试图找出推进残疾人就业的解决之道。本文从就业扶持、就业能力和无障碍就业环境建设等三个方面介绍国外残疾人就业工作先进经验，引入增能理论和社会认同理论，并结合大连市残联2015年调研数据，得出改变就业现状的关键在于提高城乡区域就业扶持精准性
