3、当今地域文化元素在公共餐饮空间中的应用为研究背景，以徽州地域文化元素在餐饮空间中的体现为例，结合徽州地域文化学和餐饮空间设计学等相关内容的理论，分别从空间布局、色彩、材质、陈设和场景设计等方面对徽煌府第等餐饮空间进行分析，详细论述了徽州地域文化元素在餐饮空间设计中的体现方式，化抽象为具象，用一种更为直观的思路来研究餐饮空间中地域性设计的表达，通过以点带面的方法总结出地域文化元素在餐饮空间设计中体现的规律，并对其未来发展的趋势给予展望。关键字：地域文化徽州地域文化元素餐饮空间设计IABSTRACTAsconsumerdemandf
