6、···············································38个人简历·············································································39中文摘要应用瑞舒伐他汀对H型高血压大鼠血管内皮功能的影响摘要目的:探讨通过应用瑞舒伐他汀对H型高血压大鼠的血管内皮生长因子、不对称二甲基精氨酸的影响,探讨其改善血管内皮功能的可能作用机制,为临床应用瑞舒伐他汀提供可靠的实验依据。方法:本实验将大鼠分组:雄性SD大鼠设为正常对照组(NC组)、H型高血压模型对
7、照组(HCY组)、H型高血压大鼠给予瑞舒伐他汀干预组(HR组)及自发性高血压大鼠给予瑞舒伐他汀干预组(SR组),每组8只。H型高血压造模采用自发性高血压大鼠喂食添加2%蛋氨酸的基础鼠粮。HR组和SR组以10mg/kg/d剂量给予瑞舒伐他汀灌胃,其余组大鼠灌服等容量的蒸馏水,连续4周。大鼠在实验期间自由进食水。4周后,内眦静脉采血法测量血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。用酶联免疫吸附剂(Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbentAssay,ELISA)法测量大鼠血清血管内皮生长因子(vascularendot
