7、目的:婴幼儿的胸部X线检查具有其不可替代性的优势,因为它具有辐射剂量低和操作方便的优点。另外儿童生理发育的特殊性,其细胞处于分裂期的概率要明显高于成年人,而分裂期细胞接受X线辐射导致变异的概率要远远高于非分裂期细胞,儿童对X线的敏感性是成年人的10倍。另外因为儿童人体组织结构的特异性,其人体组织对X线的吸收要高于成年人,大概每毫安秒辐射剂量比成年人高1.6~1.7倍。加之婴幼儿的平均生存时间要远远高于成年人,婴幼儿时期如果不注意进行辐射剂量的控制,其生存期内接受的X线辐射会远远高于成年人。因此研
8、究婴幼儿摄影的低计量投照非常必要。本实验的目的在于研究婴幼儿DR胸部高电压摄影在满足诊断需要的前提下,其产生最小辐射剂量的投照条件。方法:机器为日本岛津产RADSPEEDM(X线机的一种型号)高频数字摄影X线机、新医科技(上海)有限公司的SATURN8000(“土星”8000)系列影像工作站连接SONY公司HighResolutionUP-DF750(UP-DF750型高分辨率)干式激光打印机。体模采用上海滋源贸易公司经销的美国福禄克体模,产品型号为76-414-4150。辐射剂量检测仪为深圳施
