1、...页眉制约宁洱县农村体育发展的因素分析及对策研究摘要：本文通过文献资料、访问调查等研究方法，对宁洱县农村体育发展的现状及制约因素进行研究，并提出相应对策。研究认为宁洱县农村体育的发展得到了进一步的重视和加强，但是，由于整体农村经济基础薄弱影响投入；宁洱县农村体育场地设施缺乏；闲暇时间有限；健身意识淡薄；地理条件限制等因素的制约，宁洱县农村体育的发展仍然落后于经济发展。结合宁洱县的实际情况，提出了：发展农村经济，加大对农村体育的投资力度；农村既需要体育的输入，也需要体育的融入；重视农村学校体育的发展；开展提高村民健身意识的教育宣传活动；相关部门应组织和

7、s;countermesures农村体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分，也是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。中国是一个发展的农业大国，有八成的人口生活在农村，这对农村体育的发展提出了严峻的挑战。十届全国人大四次会议通过《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》的决议，此决议明确提出要“建设社会主义新农村”、“发展农村文化事业”、“推动实施农民体育健身工程”....页脚...页眉。社会主义新农村建设是一项复杂而宏伟的民心工程，它的内容包括政治、文化、经济等诸多领域，农村体育是农村文化不可分割的一部分，是社会主义新农村建设不可或缺的。在农村，劳
