7、PG、RANKL的影响摘要目的:建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,在此基础上用辅酶Q10进行干预,评价Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的牙周病损状态的差异和变化,通过免疫组织化学技术检测大鼠牙周组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrixmetalloproteinases,MMP-9)的表达和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测大鼠血清中骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)、核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(receptoractivatorfornuclearfactor-κBligand,RANKL)的水平的改变,探讨辅酶Q10在阻断或延缓糖尿病大鼠牙周

8、炎发病进程中的意义,为辅酶Q10临床辅助治疗或预防糖尿病牙周炎提供理论参考。方法:选取120只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,体重约180g左右,随机分6组,20只为一组,分别为空白组(O组)、牙周炎组(P组)、糖尿病组(DM
