2、黏膜，引起食物中毒，甚至致癌[2]。三维荧光[3]描述了荧光强度同时随激发波长和发射波长变化的关系，因此能完整地描述物质的荧光特征，是一种光谱指纹技术，被广泛应用于水质检测、油品检测、药物成分检测、食品安全检测以及化学成分检测等领域。本文共分为四章。第一章为文献综述部分，概要地阐述了三维荧光检检测的基本原理、特点及研究的意义，介绍了调和油的组成成分以及地沟油检测研究的意义。第二章是论文实验部分。第三章是调和油中掺杂地沟油检测方法的结果与讨论部分。介绍了几种不同情况的三维荧光的图谱。通过三维荧光检测地沟油的准确性和灵敏性。关键词：地沟油；油品检测；三维荧光。....页脚..
