7、课程还结合企业生产作业管理的实际，设计开发了大量的模拟实验内容，以实验课程的方式，使学生能够对生产作业管理的典型情景和问题进行模拟，加深对理论的理解；此外，本课程还准备了适当的案例内容供学生分析讨论，以企业实际经营过程中的实际问题为背景，启发学生理论联系实际分析解决问题的能力。三、课程目标（包括学生所提高的技能要求）这门课的目标是使大家理解生产作业管理的基本要素，为大家提供分析和解决商业问题的工具。我们将涉及到在产品设计和流程分析，生产能力分析，库存管理和供应链管理等领域的一些问题。四、内容提要及学时分配本学期课程
