4、hievedbyconfiningtheradiationtoafinitespace.However,inmostcasestheobjectcanbeconsideredtobeclosetoequilibriumandthenon-equilibriumbehaviorcanbedescribedbylinearresponsetheory.Inthisregime,themostimportanttheoremisthefluctuation-dissipationthe-orem.Itrelatestherateofener
