1、西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文城市机构养老设施空间布局合理性研究——以西安市为例专业：工程经济与管理硕士生：陈瑞华指导教师：刘桦教授摘要随着城市人口老龄化程度的加剧，机构养老设施空间布局的合理化问题日显突出。研究城市机构养老设施空间布局合理性，并采取有效的应对措施，有利于合理配置建设资源，满足机构养老设施建设需求。本文从机构养老设施的相关政策、数量和规模、经营性质、空置率及供需差异等方面分析了西安市机构养老设施的空间布局现状，与需求状况进行了比较，发现西安市机构养老设施存在各区县需求缺口大，面向低收入群体的公办养老机构投资建设力度不足，养老床位空置率较高，“

2、短缺”与“闲置”矛盾突出等问题。构建了城市机构养老设施空间布局合理性评价指标体系，运用熵权法确定了指标权重，采用综合评分法对西安市机构养老设施空间布局合理性进行了评价，其综合得分处于四级标准区间，发现西安市机构养老设施空间布局处于较不合理状态。通过调查分析，找出了影响城市机构养老设施空间布局的22个一般因素，并运用主成分分析法从中提取出六个主要影响因素，其中，机构养老设施建设和运营的费用和收益水平是影响机构养老设施空间布局的首要因素，土地资源的供给空间、政府对机构养老设施建设和运营的优惠政策、配套设施的建设情况、老年人口的空间布局及收入水平和政府对机构养老
