2、rtingprogramsofferedbythedepartmentmeetthequalitystandardsAccreditation(CISA)isaweb-baseddatabasedriventoolestablishedbytheprofessionforwhichthedepartmentdevelopedforDivisionofComputingStudies(DCST)ofArizonapreparesitsstudents[1].Thus,ABETmandatesthatth

3、eStateUniversity(ASU)toprovidedynamiccourseinformationdepartmentfollowanddemonstrateanoutcome-basedwebpagesandtohelpdemonstrateoutcome-basedevaluationrequiredforaccreditationinthedepartment.Thesystemassessmentandevaluationprocessfortheaccreditationofmai

4、ntainsasingledatabasecontainingcompletecourseprograms[1],wherebyoutcomesare“clear,observableinformationandoutcomesofDCST.ThesecuredviewofCISAisdemonstrationsofstudentlearningthatoccurafterasignificantauthenticatedandprovidesaseriesofsimpleuserinterfacew

5、ebsetoflearningexperience”[2].Therefore,inordertoaccreditpagestoinsert,update,anddeleteinformationtothedatabaseforthedegreeprograms,thedepartmentshavetoclearlyshowthatauthorizedusersofDCST.ThepublicviewofCISAprovideseachdegreeProgramOutcomessatisfiesthe

6、outcomescriteriadynamicwebpagesdisplayingdetailedcourseinformationofcoursesofferedinthedepartment.ThepublicviewalsoprovidessetbyABET[1].Currently,theDCSTdoesnothaveananeasywaytodisplaythemappingsbetweencourseactivities,efficientsoftwaretoolthatmaintains

7、alltherequireddatatocourseoutcomes,programoutcomes,andABEToutcomesforclearlydemonstratethatthedepartmentisfollowinganaccreditation.CISAisdevelopedusingtheASP.NET2.0outcome-basedevaluationprocessforaccreditation.technologywithMicrosoftVisualStudio.NETfra

8、mework2005.Therefore,thereisaclearneedforadatabase-drivenweb-TheapplicationusesPostgreSQLasbackenddatabaseandbasedcourseinformationsystemthatcanprovidedynamicemploysADO.NETtechnologywithNpgsqldataproviderfordataaccess.Theuserinte
