7、影响。方法:将24只小鼠随机分成2组,每组12只,通过脑立体定位仪,在小鼠皮下埋置ALZET1004,通过与kit3连接,分别将乙醇(对照组、CON组)和地塞米松(DEX组)缓慢、持续的送入小鼠侧脑室,连续给药28天。1、置管前的当天和置管后每天早上同一时间测量小鼠的体重和摄食量;置管后第27天进行小鼠腹腔葡萄糖耐量试验;置管后第29天处死小鼠,迅速分离小鼠棕色脂肪组织、性腺周围WAT(whiteadiposetissue,白色脂肪组织)、肾脏周围WAT,皮下WAT,并称重;迅速分离下丘脑,实时荧光定量PCR(realtime
