8、··························32中文摘要口腔冷疗应用于骨髓移植病人口腔黏膜炎的临床研究摘要目的:通过观察冷疗护理对预防进行骨髓移植的患者发生口腔黏膜炎(oralmucositis,OM)的临床效果,寻觅冷疗护理干预最适合的持续时间,探寻最有效的口腔冷疗方法,降低患者在移植过程中OM的产生率,改善患者的生活质量,并探讨口腔冷疗是否会引起腹泻等其它副作用,为建立骨髓移植病人口腔冷疗护理的临床路径提供有力的证据。方法:本研究为前瞻性随机试验,研究对象为在河北医科大学第二医院血液内科进行首次骨髓移植,年龄为14岁以上读写能力正常并且移植前检查无溃疡、口腔感染等,移植
9、方案为以白消安(Bu)+环磷酰胺(Cy)为基础的恶性血液病患者,共60名病人。本研究所有研究对象进行移植过程中均予每日二次口腔护理常规+漱口水漱口,采用随机数字表法将病人分为三组:试验组(1),试验组(2)与对照组。由于环磷酰胺输注时间为2小时,据此,试验组(1)从病人输注环磷酰胺起就给予口腔冷疗护理,直到环磷酰胺输毕停止,时长为2小时,共20例患者;由于环磷酰胺为活性代谢物,药物清除半衰期为7小时,据此,试验组(2)的口腔冷疗护理时间从开始输注环磷酰胺,直到药物代谢
