7、性改变过程中灰质、白质、脑脊液的弥散特性及其与年龄的相关性改变。方法:雄性SD大鼠按月龄分5组:3月龄、6月龄、10月龄、13月龄、24月龄(每组各10只),其中24月龄SD大鼠由3月龄SD大鼠连-1-1续颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖300mg•kg•d,6周获得,注射药物前后均行眼眶取血,检测血浆的SOD活化力及MDA含量,注射药物后SOD活力降低,MDA含量增加(P<0.05)代表24月龄SD大鼠衰老模型造模成功。50只SD大鼠均行颅脑常规MRI及DKI检查,手工绘制感兴趣区,测量胼胝体、两侧外囊、两侧皮层灰质、两侧尾壳核、两侧脑脊液的MK、K∥

8、、K⊥、MD、FA值。应用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。外囊、皮层灰质、尾壳核、脑脊液的不同侧别间各统计指标的比较采用配对t检验;采
