2、伤外科2014年4月至10月份住院的患者群中选取外伤性颅脑损伤伴脑挫裂伤，且排除严重并发症及多发伤的患者48名作为研究对像给予规范化治疗。2.观察伤后1天、伤后7天及伤后14天的临床表现，即GCS评分、头痛分级。3.得到患者及家属的知情同意后，抽取伤后1天、伤后7天及伤后14天的未溶血血液3毫升并提取血浆保存。4.应用ELISA法测得NSE及S100B的血清浓度，并做统计学分析。结论：1不伴有严重并发症及多发伤的轻、中度颅脑损伤伴脑挫裂伤患者，在伤后7天的临床表现最重，伤后14天的临床表现最轻，而伤后1天的临床表现界于两者之间。2NSE及S10
