7、00g的剂量经胰管用微量泵逆行注射,诱导大鼠形成重症急性胰腺炎(severeacutepancreatitis,SAP)模型,通过测定大鼠血清淀粉酶(serumamylase,AMS)、血清白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平,检测胰腺组织血栓素B2(ThromboxaneB2,TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素-F1a(6-ketoprostaglandin-F1,6-Keto-PGF1α)含量,以及对大鼠胰腺组织进行病理学观察,探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetylcysteine,NAC)对大鼠

8、重症急性胰腺炎微循环方面的改善作用。方法:实验选取健康的SD大鼠54只,雌雄各占一半,体重200~250g(河北医科大学动物中心供给),随机分为正常对照组(n=18),SAP组(n=18),NAC治疗组(n=18),各组根据6h,12h,24h时间点。重症急性胰腺炎模型参照Lankish等的方法,应用3.5%的牛磺胆酸钠(0.1mg/100g)从十二指肠对系膜缘穿刺通过胰
