3、nsecurityenvironment,ongoingconflictsandchallengingfiscalreali-ties,theneedforawiderangeofflexi-ble,responsiveandcost-effectivemili-tarycapabilitiesisparamount.America’sArmyhascometorelyontheArmyReserveoverthepast10yearsforregular,cyclicandpredictablesupport
