7、·································································48中文摘要IGF-1在Mets大鼠和DM大鼠膀胱中的表达摘要目的:本实验通过建立代谢综合征和2型糖尿病大鼠模型,研究大鼠代谢综合征及2型糖尿病膀胱病变的镜下结构表现,运用免疫组化方法检测代谢综合征及2型糖尿病大鼠膀胱中胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-likegrowthfactor1,IGF-1)表达的变化,来探讨IGF-1在代谢综合征及糖尿病膀胱病变发生发展中

8、的作用,为进一步阻止和治疗其病变提供实验基础。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠19只,体重150-200g,适应性喂养1周后随机分为三组:正常对照组5只,代谢综合征组7只,2型糖尿病组7只,正常对照组予以普通饲料喂养,代谢综合征组及糖尿病组予以高糖高脂饲料(基础饲料53.5%,猪油20%,蔗糖20%,蛋黄粉25%,胆盐0.5%,及胆固醇1%组成)喂养。第8周末,测定三组动物空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,正常组及代谢综合征组的空腹血脂水平,应用稳态模型评估法(HOMA-IR)=空腹血糖(F
